Shipping policy

<style="margin-bottom: 0in"="">"In Stock" items will be shipped within 3-5 business days, but often sooner. "Made to Order" items will be shipped in 10-14 business days.

 

<style="margin-bottom: 0in"="">All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, unless otherwise selected. Average delivery time per USPS is 2-5 business days. 

 

<style="margin-bottom: 0in"="">Canada and International orders will be shipped USPS First Class. 

 

<style="margin-bottom: 0in"="">Adventurous Soul has no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail, but I will do everything within my power to assist you in finding your item and filing claims with postal agencies.

 

<style="margin-bottom: 0in"="">In cases of International shipping, the customs fee is charged by the recipient country customs department which the seller has no control over. Any such fees must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your country's requirements on customs and excise tax prior to ordering. In addition, any delivery delays are often due to the package being held in customs. No updates on tracking occurs while in customs. Some countries offer tracking once the package has left the customs facility, but many countries do not. If customs fees are required, often your local Post Office will notify you that Pick Up and payment of such fees is required before the package can be released to you. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. If you have not received the item after 45 calendar days, please contact me. I can only file an insurance claim after 45 calendar days for lost packages on International orders.
